Overall, it was a cute day in Southern USA. Weather wise, it's been very cold lately. But it's something about Southern USA... it's not going to be boring for long. There's so many fun things here to keep everyone busy, indoors and outdoors. I'm Southern raised, so maybe I'm kind of biased. But... I think a lot of people can understand my point of view and agree with me :).

Today, I made a salad. And I cooked steak and made my own signature sauce. I try to cook meals as much as possible. It's a habit. I think it's better than getting fast food too often. My favorite things to cook are steaks, seafood, mixed vegetables, and waffles.

Today, I made a mixture of honey lemon pepper BBQ chicken and regular lemon pepper chicken.
It actually turned out being good.

The photos of the noodles are me showing the process of adding all the spices and ingredients in.
Today, I cooked toast, mixed vegetables, Spanish rice, and pasta.
It was a good meal :) .
